See Below:: Having a laparoscopy for endometriosis should not cause rapid weight gain. But its seldom healthy to gain 15 pounds a month. It would be a good idea to explore with your doc why you are suddenly gaining. Are you pregnant? Is it easier to eat with less abdominal pain? Are you stressed, etc. You really need to control this quickly as weight gain can impair your health more than endometriosis.
