Unclear question: You do not have symptoms and the tests were negative, then what makes you concerned about multiple sclerosis? For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

I'm confused: You list one of your "conditions" as MS but you've had no symptoms and your test for MS, whatever that is, is negative. Please repost and state what "test" you are referring to and why this is even a consideration. What does your doctor say? If you have not asked him/her, please state why not.
