A member asked:

Can multiple sclerosis present itself in the form of an insatiable appetite? what are other unlikely symptoms?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Rather unlikely: This presentation would sway me to consider onset of diabetes, or an alternative problem involving the hypothalamus, such as a secondary medication effect. There are lots of unusual presentations of ms, but it is a specific diagnosis with specific patterns. See your primary care doctor and get the answer to your dilemma.
