You may have a: fungal skin infection( Jock Itch). Responds to anti-fungal medication that's over the counter. Ask your pharmacist for help in choosing. Most common mistake people make is they stop treatment too soon. Treat for an additional week after skin has returned to normal. Otherwise,it comes back.
