There is an achy feeling in groin, just before urinating, when the muscles sort of relax to release the pee. goes away after urination. sometimes groin itches randomly too. no other symptoms. what are some possible causes?

Groin ache: This sounds like a nonserious issue. Perhaps the groin discomfort is referred from urinary bladder distension or from muscle-ligament contraction during the voiding mechanism. Groin itchiness without associated rather rash may be caused by friction, moisture or very tight clothing.
