Yes, possibly: If the reflux of your stomach acid goes down your trachea and into your lungs you might get symptoms referable to your lungs. Before that you would probably be getting bouts of coughing from the liquid coming into your trachea from the top. It would be unusual for it to be able to go very far down into your lungs except if it happened when you were soundly sleeping. See your doc and maybe a pulm
