Can acid reflux cause neck and ear pain one just one side? been having a burning sensation in my right side of neck and ear and sometimes chest.

Yes: Acid reflux can cause pain in throat, neck and ear along with chest burning in center of your chest. If ant- acids do not resolve issue in a week or two, you need to see an ENT to get a scope to look down at the inside of your throat, because it could be something else.
