Health Anxiety: can be very unsettling but it is also very treatable. Please see a mental health professional after medical conditions are ruled out by your doc. Cognitive therapy and clinical hypnosis can be very effective. See www.asch.net for some referrals or leads for clinical hypnosis. Peace and good health.

Phobic ideas: Some people get overly worried about snakes, spiders, thunder, etc. It is a real and sometimes disabling process. It is usually a response to a triggering event or thought. You will need help in discovering how it developed & building a skillset of things you can do to confront and deal with this. That takes work with someone who knows how. That may be a psychologist, or similar professional.
