I think not.: Neither. Wrist and knee are general anatomical descriptive terms, not specific, such as radius, femur or tibia. The bones in the sacrum are the last ones to fuse, and it occurs after the growth plates in the bones of the wrist and knee which fuse at approximately the same time.
