Is there anything to help with pain related to my as. usually its just hip and back but now its also knees and one wrist. help?

Ankylosing spondylti: What med(s) r u currently taking? Usually nsaids are the 1st level of treatment. Next come disease modifying anti-rheumatic drugs (dmards) like sulfasalazine, Methotrexate & corticosteroids. 3rd level is tnf blockers like enbrel, Remicade (infliximab) & humira. Rheumatologist can optimize therapy for best relief of symptoms. Regular daily exercise is also important to maintain posture & function.
