Calcium: Calcium tends to constipate people and thus I usually advise people to take magnesium to counteract this effect along with vit D3 to help absorb the calcium. You will likely be bloated as long as you remain constipated. Question is why did you start taking calcium in the first place. If that was for heartburn, reflux may be a cause for bloating as well.
