Is it better to take ppi like nexium 2 hrs after meal before going to bed instead of taking it in the mornings before breakfast?

PPI: PPI is long acting and needs to be taken regularly to prevent acid formation. So you should take it regularly about the same time every day preferably in the morning.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
