When is it best to take nexium (esomeprazole) at before bed? or in the morning before breakfast ? i have heard multiple things, and how long till it works?

Nexium (esomeprazole): is a 24 hour drug. Personally I don't think it matters when you take it as long as you take it at approx the same time daily. It is not a take it as you need it drug. It does take a couple of days to start working well depending on the severity of your symptoms.
