Yes, but...: The nexium will still work but ideally it should be taken first thing in the morning before food. I would say if you want to take it in the evening, then take it about an hour before your evening meal and make sure to take it every day. Hope this helps.

Nexium: Nexium works best when taken about 20 minutes before a meal. For most people, that is the morning meal, but if you wanted to take it 20 minutes before lunch or dinner that would work also. I would not take it before bedtime. Good luck.
