Possible TMJ: It could be an issue with your joint, it could be as simple as the eustachian tube relieving the pressure difference or could indicate either a tooth or ear infection. If you have constant pain see your dentist ASAP If it is just occasional, mention it to your dentist the next visit or make an appointment to discuss it. If is only rare or not persistent it is probably nothing to worry with.
