Sore throat: This sounds like a sore throat.The throat is connected to the ears by the eustation tube.If the sore throat is caused by the strep bacteria ( strep throat ) this must be treated by a 10 day course of antibiotics or one is at risk for heart disease and other potentially serious complications.A simple throat swab can tell if you need antibiotics.See your doctor
