Chocolate: can help you burn calories but the effect is minimal. The chocolate needs to be DARK chocolate (about 80% strength). Milk chocolate will not help. Dark chocolate can help mood and stave of cravings to some degree. Chocolate may be a small piece of a bigger plan of action for weigh management.Ask you doc about a low carb higher protein food plan. Peace and good heath.
