Coffeine: Not sure if you mean that you need to urinate or deficate after drinking black coffee? Coffee can act as a diuretic. The tannins can also be unsettling for the GI tract. If a particular food or beverage causes you pain or other problems, consider removing it/them from your diet.

Coffee: I assume you're experiencing urgent bowel movements after drinking black coffee. If so, it's accelerating a gastrocolic reflex acting like a laxative. It's not uncommon for people to have a bowel movement soon after drinking coffee. Try drinking decaffeinated coffee or try not drinking coffee while it's very hot.
