I passed a kidney stone less then a week ago and am still having a dill ache in my side. how long should the ache last?

Kidney stone: Post passage pain could be due to some irritation/inflammation of the ureter caused by trauma from the stone passing through it. Absence of blood in the urine or fever is reassuring, but if pain doesn't resolve or worsens, notify your physician or urologist.
