i have disc hernation at t7-t8 with flattening of the left ventricle spinal cord, disc protrusions and spondylolisthesis from l4-s1 resulting in bi lateral stenosis but more on left side. having some tingling on left leg mainly when i get hot. why?

Discs: You need to see a neurosurgeon as you may require spinal surgery to prevent further deterioration which may result in further nerve damage
