I'm not sure what: these different lengths of time are:1) the time they let you sleep before awakening you--usually 15 minutes/nap OR 2)the time that elapsed during which you did not fall asleep so they ended that nap trial. From your last sentence it sounds like #1. Your sleep lab likely adapted the standard protocol to get some additional information about the length of your naps. Review with your Sleep Specialist
