My 6weeks old baby has catarrh (nose upset)after sleeping under air-conditioner and fan. a friend recommend zinnat suspention as d cure. is that ok?

Absolutely not: Her running nose may be a vasomotor reaction to the fan. Zinnat is an antibiotic. Which is not called for in this situation. Turn off the fan and use salt water nose drops 4 times daily.
