I am 17 year old girl and i have cataract.. pease doctor tell me can i reduce it naturally or only through surgery. more likely i need natural remedy ?

Naturally ???: You are likely out of luck for a "natural" fix. Once obstructive densities have fixed within your lens they usually remain. If you had a metabolic disorder that could be reversed it might be improved, but this would effect both eyes not one. Find a good eye surgeon and discuss your options. You have your life ahead of you a permanent visual defect would make it harder.
