Exercise would help: The best way to reduce stress is to exercise...Like walking... And get your mind to the present(mindfulness) and try tonotto keep looking back tothe events that you you stress. Weight gain can be achieved by eating more often and eatingrich calorie- rich- foods like milk, ice cream yogurt, eggs nuts and meats.

CAUSE?: When you lose 2 kg in a week, that says stress is considerable and you're responding to it intensely. Maybe find out about you and stress - enough to deal with it differently. Maybe counseling or psychotherapy would help you do that.
