I was taking antibiotics and a steroid. which was amoxicillin and prednisone about a month and a half ago now i got oral thrush could this be the cause of it ?

No: Thrush is fungal infection and you need to be treated with antifungal medicine so see your doctor.

Is it oral thrush if you cant scrape it off your tongue? No lesions underneath. I have a white patch on my tongue but not sure. Am 37F in several rounds of antibiotics in August. Cephalexin, Augmentin, and Amoxicillin. Normal for an adult?
