How likely is for a 55 years old woman to be at perimenopause? what about chances to conceive naturally at 55 years old?

Unlikely to conceive: It is not natural for 55 year-old women to conceive naturally. Fifty-five is in the Grandma age range, and is a different stage of life than the Mom stage which is many years younger. That said, life can be surprising sometimes, so there might be a few 55 year-old's somewhere in the world who manage to ovulate.
