Pompholyx?: Dermatitis either the atopic (e.g. pompholyx eczema) or irritant form is quite possible here. Other possibilities include a variety of inflammatory joint disorders and even some forms of autoimmune diseases such as vasculitis. Variety of possibilities therefore. Best way to sort through them and sort out diagnosis and treatment would be a consult and exam with doctor and/or run tests. Good luc
