Itchy pimple like bumps on chin and face. won't go away. bumps grow when touched. red and white blotches on palms. what std could cause this?

If you're worried: about an STD, the blotches on your palm may be a sign of syphilis. Regardless ,you should get tested for all STD's including HIV if you've had unprotected sex. The facial symptoms are likely not STD related except for being an acne outbreak from stressing about the STD.

Agree w earlier: answer. These lesions need to be visualized & a history needs to be obtained in order to make an accurate diagnosis. Sometimes lab testing or biopsy is necessary.
