I have had a bilateral distal patella realignament over 10 yrs ago. for approximately 5 days i have had intermittent severe pain where my screws are?

Call the DR: Call the doctor that did the surgery. You may have loosening of the screw. Can take some Tylenol for pain or other pharmacy available pain med. Likely will need to see doctor, get Xrays and see doctor again.
