Stress: Twitching of your eyelid is usually due to stress. Try to arrange some down time for yourself and apply a warm compress. Before you know it, the twitch will be gone. Best wishes

Likely myokymia which is typically benign and self limited. Stress, fatigue, eye strain, lack of sleep can cause this
