Tics: It is not uncommon that one will have a tic, or involuntary twitch, in a muscle. This can occur in any muscle, but most commonly seen in a twitch of an eyelid or facial muscle, a back muscle or in the legs. Increased stress is usually involved, e.g. anxiously waiting at a stoplight, or in a new social situation.
