?Depressed: I'll assume you're not pregnant--so you may well be depressed. You still need some basic blood tests and a physical exam. Tics, twitches, in the eye lid are pretty common and don't mean anything in particular.

Several things: Could account for your symptoms, ranging from depression to endocrinologic abnormalities (a low thyroid, eg). I would get evaluated by your primary care provider to discuss this.
