Gout attack: You are having a gout attack. See your family doctor or Go to the ER ASAP for a definitive diagnosis and treatment. Until you can get to see a doctor, take some NSAIDS like ibuprofen, keep your foot elevated and use some cold compresses. Wear open toed shoes.
