See an eyedoc: It is probably a pingeucula or cyst, but could be a beginning squamous carcinoma in situ. Please see an ophthalmologist for a definitive diagnosis and treatment plan. You might use a cold washcloth to get some temporary relief in the meantime. Best wishes
