Diet and exercise: Diet pills are a no no. Diet and exercise are the gold standard for weight loss. Cut out the snacks and make simple changes to your diet like smaller portions, more fruits and vegetables and more fish instead of red meat. As far as exercise is concerned but a pedometer and try to walk 10'000 steps per day.
