Weight: First see doctor to make sure you are healthy enough for exercise and have no medical reason for the extra lbs. Then use earphones to listen to podcasts, free library books, music because boredom stops folks from exercise. Ask doc about a low carb food plan which will burn fat for fuel rather than sugar.
