See a doctor: i do not think there is a connection between the head trauma, and the body ache and diarrhea. your symptoms suggest a viral illness. hydrate yourself well,take tylenol (acetaminophen) ,or ibuprofen. rest and eat only liquis, eat more yogurt and banana. treat the symptoms. go and see a doctor. good luck
