Unclear likelyhood: It's possible that you have a malignant tumor, but depending on a variety of factors, it might not be likely. You should talk to your doctor or ask for a referral to a gastroenterologist for further evaluation. For example, there are hereditary conditions that make pancreatic cancer more likely. A biopsy is sometimes needed to help rule out malignancy because this is a difficulty question.
