Complex solution: Not sure if this is truly idiopathic if on MRCP you have a distinct level of pancreatic obstruction with proximal dilation. See a GI specialist for ERCP with possible sphincterotomy or stent insertion. You may benefit from Whipple procedure if you improve with this and are not diabetic. This would be done by a general surgeon specializing in liver and pancreas surgery
