Tumor?: Obviously "observation" was not an effective treatment modality. Please see Dentist for differential diagnosis and appropriate treatment.

Mass? Tumor?: I'm not sure what you have nor why you have waited this long to have this professionally looked at and treated. Obviously something has prevented you have seeking care.. money? fear of diagnosis? While this may not be something serious, it may very well be quite serious. Please rethink seeking care asap and improve the quality of your life. Good Luck!
