Microhematurai: Microscopic hematuria may be caused by an infection, a stone, or a tumor. Sometimes no cause is found. A urine culture and a renal ultrasound are advised and are non-invasive. After she delivers, further testing may be advised. In the absence of pain or fever or a positive culture, no further testing or treatment is needed now. Have her discuss with and be directed by her obstetrician.
