RX: Elidel or a short course of low potency steroid cream. You must be examined and evaluated for the correct therapy.

Dermatologist: See a dermatologist. Tacrolimus oint, pimecrolimus, or crisaborole ointment will work very well. Especially for eyelid eczema.
