Depression&Anxiety: You didn't say who you want to share the info about your depression & anxiety with. Be it parents or spouse, the process is about the same for any adult. Tell the person you would like some support because although they can't see you pain as you wold w/a broken leg, it is real. Then see your doc to rule out medical conditions and then see a mental health pro such as a clinical psychologist.
