Pain weakness should: May be impingement of nerve at shoulder or thoracic outlet syndrome - a form of impingement, or neck -cervical disc disease orbursitis, tear at shoulder , mass. Can you move in all directions? May need MRI of neck to check disc herniation medications like steroids to decrease swelling, and /or shoulder MRI to look for tears, impingement, bursitis f/u/today w/ ER/doc weakness is significant
