Should be ok: Although turmeric is a source of potassium, which is a nutrient that people with kidney disease may have to limit, this spice overall may do more good than harm when dealing with kidney health. Tumeric is an anti-inflammatory agent which may offer some protection against chronic kidney disease and the progression to end-stage renal failure.
