Hi i workout 3x week and i was wondering after jogging 2miles, push ups and sits up my bp is 109 64 heart rate 172 are these numbers normal? help!

It seems that your: heart rate is a little high and your BP is a little low. This is most likely a reflection of dehydration. Otherwise they are reasonably appropriate for your age and activity level. You should hydrate more.
