My resting heart rate fluctuates between 55-60 im 28 and workout 5 days a week and do a lot of running and biking, is it normal to have a low heart rates or is it a sign of electrical problems of the heart? am i at risk for heart attack?

Good slow heart rate: In general the more fit you are the slower your resting heart rate tends to be. Keep up the good work!
