Bio-x4 is a: supplement that is promoted as a weight control product with digestive enzymes and probiotics. Ingredients include lactobacillus acidophilus, bifidobacterium blend, amylase, lipase, bromelain, green tea extract. While not a frequently reported side effect, I believe it is possible one of these could discolor the tongue. Stop Bio-x4 and observe; if tongue improves you could rechallenge or be happy
