Gelusil for bad tast: How long have you had the abdominal pain? Your doctor would need to examine your abdomen and also do imaging test on your abdomen. For pain, you can take Paracetamol, 650mg once or twice daily....it can be taken more often if it helps to improve your pain. If you can not see your doctor within one week, let us know if you are getting better or worse so that we can make further recommendations.
