See PCP: Your primary care practitioner (PCP) is a very good person to discuss this with. The injury is tetanus prone but different countries have different guidelines here depending on your vaccination history. I recommend seeing them to discuss further as depending on your record they'll be able to advise whether need to have a further tetanus shot or not.
